The intro call is a free 20–30 minute conversation. The Assessment is a 1–2 hour meeting and an analysis of your process, with a written plan at the end.
Can it be done online?
Yes. The meeting takes place in person or online.
What if I don’t go ahead with you?
The plan is yours either way. If you do go ahead with us, the Assessment fee is deducted from the project cost.
