Cohere Rerank 5 in Pro and Fast, from $0.02 per million tokens

On October 21, Cohere released Rerank 5, models that rank documents by their relevance to a search, in two tiers: Pro at $0.05 and Fast at $0.02 per million tokens. It is generally available on the Cohere API, Microsoft Foundry and Amazon SageMaker, and works with keyword, vector or hybrid search without re-indexing. A new optional capability, Context Focus, pinpoints the relevant passages inside documents. According to Cohere, Pro ranked first on 39 of 46 composite datasets in its evaluation.
